Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer. Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules.

Introducing 5-W

As you may know, we set aside each Wednesday evening to study the Word and we usually have a good time doing it. We call it the T.O.R.C.H. There are typically 4 Wednesdays each month. Some special months throw a glorious fifth Wednesday at us. That begs the question - What do we do with the extra Wednesday? 5-W is the answer. Anytime a fifth Wednesday comes around, there will be an extraordinary T.O.R.C.H. planned for that evening.

The first ever 5-W will be Kung Fu Night. This will be a kickin' good time on April 30. Wear your Karate Kid headband, ninja suit, or karate attire to get in the mood. We will have activities including martial arts demonstrations, samauri sword (pool noodle) fighting, and nunchuk skills displays. NOTICE: Kung Fu Night is a 'gift-wrapped' opportunity for you to BRING A FRIEND(S) to church. Please take advantage of it!
